The garden flowers are attracting many things including butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees.
They are inspiring my paintings right now.
Soba buckwheat blossoms.
I was looking for Western Tanager birds and saw that a bunch of chokecherry trees were in bloom.
A grove of chokecherry trees.
Aspen grove. Do you see the bear marks?
Currant flowers.
Syringa blossoms on in the foothills.
Wild berries.
Right now there are a lot of violets, ground ivy, and lily of the valley on the ground in my yard in Elmhurst.
I am really enjoying the fleeting moments in the garden with the perennial wildflowers.
I also have colorful pansies in pots around the house.
And a few carnations and fun things.
Love this pink!
