While on the ranch last week in Idaho, I took some photos of our border collie and corgi moving some cows. They are not highly trained but especially the border collie does a pretty good job of helping out. Max, the corgi is more of the ranch mascot.
Running fast.
To the corrals.
I drove a four-wheeler and hiked up to a cabin in the woods right on the Continental Divide between Montana and Idaho.
There is an old abandon goldmine and old cabins up there.
People keep the cabin stocked with provisions of sorts.
It's really a place forgotten in time.
Montana is known as Big Sky Country. But my ranch in Idaho sits next to the Continental Divide with Montana on the other side. So we get a lot of Big Skies too.
The sunsets quickly change from golden to fire before setting on the mountain horizon.
When it rains, sometimes one can see double or triple rainbows.
