Max, our corgi dog loves to wander.  He is quite independent, unlike our border collie.   Even though he has short little legs, he can cover a lot of territory!

Riding one of my horses last summer.  I painted his bridle with buttercups.  I love yellow buttercups.  One of my favorite flowers.

On the ranch, there are both golden eagles and bald eagles.   The golden eagle is the bigger of the two with a 7 foot wing span. Bald eagle hanging out in a tree near the calving barn. Golden eagle perched in a tree.  They lay nests in the high cliff rocks in the canyon above the ranch.
