New Under the Sea series launches Friday, February 3.   I am in Mountain Time Zone USA.

I really like to use washi tape when wrapping paintings up to ship with acid-free Glassine.   It is easy to remove like masking tape.  Washi tapes I use are also acid free.   They come in many fun prints and sizes. Maybe some day I will have my own line of washi tape.  I like it that much.

Working on wildflowers and hummingbirds right now.

Fritz in the lilac tree. Frost on the lilac tree. More frost on another lilac tree. Snow on a pine tree. Individual snowflake crystals. Pine cone. Peekaboo

When cold weather hits, I start painting more with acrylics.   My favorite medium is oil.  But in cold weather, oil paints take even longer to dry.   Acrylic paints dry very quickly.   That makes the process go much quicker, even when working in layers.    I still have oil paintings in the works too.    Having fun with both mediums right now.
