Since I have so many dandelions, I have decided to make a few dandelion concoctions. Here I am drying dandelions for tea. The roots, leaves, and flowers of dandelion are all nutritious and delicious. Just make sure not to use dandelions that have been sprayed with chemicals.
Currants
Picking borage flowers. Such a pretty blue color.
The currants are loaded with berries. Time to pick some!
The crows and other birds are also eating them.
I am sure the bears up the canyon are enjoying some too.
I accidentally spilled my bucket of berries on this hillside.
With summer in full swing, I am busy with many projects. I also enjoy taking time out to enjoy nature and loved-ones.
There are lots of wildflowers in bloom right now.
I am starting some folk-art based projects for this fall.
