The painting was painted over another painting of a lemon. There is texture from the last painting under this one. See closeups. If that bothers you, then maybe pass on this painting. I usually always use a brand new canvas. But this fine Belgian oil-primed linen was too good to not re-use.
Painting will be ready to ship June 22.
